Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Last Updated: March 27, 2024

Summary

  • We care about your privacy and have a dedicated data privacy program. Learn more about our approach to data privacy.
  • This supplemental U.S. Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy only applies specifically to individual residents or ‘Consumers’, as defined under applicable U.S. privacy laws regarding consumer health data, of the States of Washington and Nevada (“Consumer Health Privacy Laws”), only where we act as a ‘business’ or ‘controller’ (e.g., for our events). Where we provide our products and services to consumers on behalf of an institution, we process that personal information as a ‘service provider’ or ‘processor’ in accordance with our contractual agreements. In that case, the institution’s privacy notice governs the use of personal information.
  • We collect Consumer Health Data directly from you that you voluntarily share for specific purposes and may disclose it to third parties as described below.
  • Depending on your state of residence, you have rights in relation to your personal information.
  • For any other questions, you can contact us at [email protected].
